  1. DRESS CODE

    Generally, you should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and shoes that allow for easy movement and are easy to take off if necessary. We provide robes and slippers for guests to wear during their visit. It’s best to avoid jewellery and makeup, as they may need to be removed during certain treatments. If you’re still unsure of what to wear, you can always contact the reception on 300 beforehand for guidance.

  2. SPA MANNERS

    Kindly note that smoking is not allowed in the Spa area. For your best health & safety, we do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or after your treatments.

    The spa is a place for relaxation and rejuvenation, and having your phone with you can be a distraction and can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere. Please turn off your phone or put it on silent mode. Ultimately, the goal of visiting a spa is to disconnect from the outside world and focus on your own well-being.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

    To cancel or res-schedule your appointment your treatment, please contact us at least 5 hours prior to your appointment. Regrettably without due notice, the 50% of your scheduled treatment will be charged to you.

  2. ARRIVAL TIME

    Please arrive at the Spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to fill out a consultation form. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time.

  3. OPENING HOURS

    TownHouse Spa is open daily from 10:00 until 20:00.
